We have listened to your feedback and are pleased to announce we are implementing a new phone system between the 20th and 21st November 2018.
Whilst we do not anticipate any major impacts there may be some minor disruptions to the normal service.
We do ask that you support us as we adapt to this new system.
The options will have changed, to ensure that we are able to offer you the right assistance, can we ask that you listen and select the most relevant option to you. The new system will allow us to answer your calls more effectively and monitor call rates and times to evaluate and allow us to improve overall access via the telephone.
